Hi! I’m Hayley! I’m a Registered Nutritionist specialising in Women’s Hormonal Health.
I know what it’s like to DREAD that time in the month. When I was a teenager, I struggled with debilitating periods, horrendous PMS, uncomfortable bloating, and frequent breakouts.
It wasn’t until after I qualified as a registered Nutritional Therapist in 2016 that I really understood the true impact that food has on our hormones. During my training, I gained a comprehensive understanding about female health as well as the knowledge, skills and tools I needed to address the root cause of my symptoms and I finally started to see positive changes to my monthly cycle.
I was shocked that in only a few short months with a couple of personalised (yet simple) changes to my diet and lifestyle (many of which are included within this programme!), that my health had completely transformed.
I created this programme because I believe that every woman should have access to the knowledge, information and vital missing support that enables them to take charge of their health and reduce PMS symptoms naturally, so they can finally start feeling happy and at home in their bodies again.

Can I get 1:1 advice during the programme?This programme has been designed to cover the essentials you need to support your hormonal health and reduce your PMS symptoms. Unfortunately, I am not able to provide any 1:1 advice safely as part of Option 1 (Programme Only) without gaining a full understanding of your health and medical history and carrying out a nutritional therapy consultation. However, if you feel as though you would benefit from some more personalised guidance, I advise opting for Option 2 of the programme which does include a 1-Hour Coaching Call with me. For those with more complex and longer-standing issues who are looking for more accountability and comprehensive support, feel free to check out my 1:1 coaching programme options here: https://www.hayleydownnutrition.co.uk/programmes.
Will I need to take supplements as part of the programme?In this programme, you will learn a step-by-step process to help balance your hormones naturally, with a focus on nutrition, movement, and lifestyle strategies to help you to manage, reduce and navigate the frustrating symptoms of PMS. Since Option 1 of this programme is not personalised, you will not be required to take supplements. However, for those clients who are looking for more of a personalised approach with tailored supplement recommendations, then I suggest choosing Option 2 of the programme which includes a 1-Hour Coaching Call with me, where if required, we can discuss supplement recommendations.
Will I need to go on a restrictive diet?This programme is not an extreme diet and isn't based on restrictive eating (you won’t have to count calories at any point during this programme!) You will need to commit to making some changes but my aim with the programme is to show you the easiest and most convenient way to have a healthy and balanced diet to support your hormonal health.
Will this programme include any testing?No, this programme is an exclusively-online programme. However, if you would like to discuss functional testing and are looking for more of a personalised approach for more complex and long-standing health issues, feel free to book a free discovery call with me where I'll be able to make some specific testing recommendations based on your health history and symptoms.
