It's super easy to get stuck in a rut with breakfast options and to have the same thing every day... I know I'm guilty of it, even as a nutritionist.
I try to alternate with at least 3-4 options per week to ensure I'm getting a variety of nutrients from different sources. This green smoothie is perfect for busy mornings and is really easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 x frozen banana
- 1 x small handful of spinach
- 200ml of non-dairy milk (I like brown rice milk or almond)
- 1 tsp. almond butter
- 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
METHOD:
1) Blend ingredients together and enjoy!
